    It is advisable to stay hydrated throughout the day. During and after exercise, in hot weather, or after fasting, hydration needs may increase. ANYTIME supports you in all these moments with its delicious taste, helping you reach the recommendation of drinking 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day.

    How to use ANYTIME?

    1. Pour 250ml to 500ml of water into your glass or bottle
    2. Add 1 or more effervescent microbeads (depending on the desired flavor intensity)
    3. Wait approximately 5 minutes for complete dissolution.
    4. Enjoy!
